I slid it in and immediately her back arched when i turned it on as she said wowwww.w.w.w.w The head rotates in a small circle, which makes the entire dong wiggle inside of her in an undulating fashion. The rabbit vibe is designed with a lot of extra slack on the cord inside of the unit so that you dont get that all-too-common disconnection of cords. The only downside is that the battery case comes off and the pearls tend to push their way out of where they are supposed to be. Definitely a great starter toy, just dont let her see it first ;
