The Prostate Health is a great idea because its intended not just as a toy for stimulation, but a device to help men to lower their chances of prostate cancer. Insertion of this toy is a little tough due to how the tip is curved, but bending it upward than moving the entire device as it is pushed farther inside helps it slip in to the base, the ribs at the base cause a nice stimulation. The base of this product makes it an awkward fit and slightly uncomfortable in most positions, laying on ones back will be easiest. Doing a thrusting motion with the hips will be the most effective way to cause prostate stimulation. There is a hole in the bottom of the toy to insert a provided one speed bullet. The vibrations cause increased sensation and may make insertion easier for some. Because this is made from medial grade silicone, it is non porous and can be sterilized by boiling, wiping down with 10% bleach solution and rinse, or putting in the top rack of the dishwasher without soap. Ive grown used to thicker toys, and the base on the Prostate Health was too wide for my liking, so I didnt get much extra enjoyment out of it. I love Tantus and I think this could work for anal beginners, but it didnt deliver for me.
