What If C-Rings Are A Magical Remedy?

Published on

C-rings are known by multiple names – cock rings, penis rings, erection rings, tension rings, constriction bands, cinchers, shaft rings, cock and ball rings. But, no matter which name you use, they all do the same thing. C-rings help a penis produce and maintain an erection for a longer period.

For many, their powers may seem magical.

Let’s explore C-rings, their history, and the possibility why they may be magical indeed.

For over 2,000 years, the materials of C-rings may have changed but their purpose has remained the same.

C-rings have a functional history. Historians have discovered cock rings created from animal skins, beads, stones, and precious gems. Their origins seem to have been based in ancient China where the eyelids of goats were worn as sexual enhancements.

Why Were Cock Rings Created?

We have to go back to 1,115 A.D. and Medieval Asia to find the origins of C-rings. During this period, the emperors and other important men in their noble courts had multiple wives and concubines, each wanting to bear them a child. This created a need to be able to spread their seed amongst several different women quite often.

While no one is sure who exactly created the first cock ring, they quick became popular for allowing the emperors and their courts to reliably service the women in their households. And certainly, it was also discovered that trapping blood flow in the penis shaft increased sensitivity, leading to stronger climaxes. And the trapped blood flow also extended erections.

You can see why C-rings may have been thought of as magical in Medieval Asia.

How Exactly Do C-Rings Work?

Cock rings are used by placing them over the shaft of the penis and/or around the testicles to constrict blood flow in and out. The blood constriction allows the penis to be engorged for a longer duration. The blood constriction also heightens sensitivity.

They are used as a possible temporary treatment for premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED).

Cock Rings Become Partner Stimulators

Sometime in the 1600’s C-rings began to be created with materials that included leather and beads that pressured certain points on the penis and ivory or wooden carvings that stimulated the clitoris and perineum.

By the mid-1800’s the material of choice became stretchy rubber, reducing the prices and allowing more of the public masses the opportunity to try cock rings and explore their benefits for themselves.

C-Rings Become A Sex Toy

In the 1970’s porn stars were having the same problems as the Medieval Asians. They had too many partners and needed to perform at a moments notice, often several times each day.

As cock rings began to appear in more and more pornographic movies, the public were quick to seek them to try for themselves. And what better place to shop for an item to enhance your sex life then your local sex toy store?

Cock rings became wildly popular sex toy for men, adding a new and exciting dimension to the sex lives of average adults.

C-Rings Become Medical Devices

Today, erectile dysfunction (ED) affects over 150 million men worldwide

Vacuum devices and erection rings became medical devices for the treatment of ED in the early 1960’s and are still the most popular therapeutic devices used today. While there are options available for men to try to help with symptoms of erectile dysfunction, C-rings are often preferred over prescription drugs, injections, and surgery.

Form Meets Function

Cock rings today can be as simple as a stretchy rubber circle or as sophisticated a forged metal. Modern C-rings are worn as much for their aesthetic as their function.

And, of course, technology has also entered the C-ring space to usher in App-based Technology and wireless remote-control versions

Prices for C-rings now fit everyone’s wallet-and are not just restricted to royalty anymore.

C-Rings Remain the Most Common Premature Ejaculation & Erectile Dysfunction Aids

In addition to the 150 million men facing erectile dysfunction, statistics from Translational Andrology and Urology state 17.7% of men will experience lifelong premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is a common condition affecting one in five men, according to the Department of Urology at St. James University Hospital

And this is where the magic happens.

Research published in the International Journal of Urology indicates that the combination of ED medications combined with vacuum pumps and cock rings can significantly improve erectile function. On their own, C-rings can work best for people who can achieve an erection but cannot maintain it.

The Known Benefits of C-Rings

  • Treat Erectile Dysfunction
  • Allow for Bigger Erections
  • Increase Pleasurable Sensations
  • Extend and Maintain Erections
  • Supply Clitoral Stimulation

Looking at the benefits that C-rings can provide, it’s clear that for some people they can be a remedy, a way to enjoy sexual encounters with their loved ones, a way to bond with partners. For these reasons, I personally consider them a bit of magic.

Please Note: C-rings should not be worn for longer than 20 to 30 minutes at a time.
