Once in the tub or shower, you'll fill the inner cylinder with water and insert your relaxed (un-erect) penis inside. There's a slanted side to the gaiter's sealing ring, this should be placed against your scrotum to avoid any discomfort.  When the base is evenly placed around the base of your penis and pressed against your body, push down on the cylinder to release any excess water. You may need to repeat this step a few times, optimal suction occurs when no more water is expelled. At this point, you can lean back and relax, letting the suction do its work. If, at any point, you experience discomfort or pain, you can immediately eliminate pressure with a dedicated quick release valve. 

Your HydroXtreme9 consists of an extra sturdy polycarbonate cylinder marked off into clear measurements, a pliable, skin safe synthetic rubber gaiter base and stainless steel spring release valve up top. The included handball attaches quickly to the top of the pump via a length of bright red kink-free cord. Speaking of inclusions, there's more!
