Absolutely fantastic is the best way to describe this toy. My wife and I got into pegging about a year ago and this was what we have been looking for quite sometime. It fit perfectly into the harness we already have which was a beginners strapon kit. The dildo it self is very smooth and does taper a bit at the tip perfectly. Also it is soft which makes it very comfortable when it is in you, since it conforms with your body. Yet still it's not too soft where it is difficult and bending when you start penetrating. We enjoy a fair amount of anal play and still the girth of this is enough to give you that feeling of a good stretch so to speak but still be super comfortable allowing you to enjoy the pleasure. The reason I think this was a rare find is because of the length to girth ratio. Because it is a bit longer it allows her to move around more and then she is able to get even more into it. Finally when we purchased this and received it in the mail we couldn't wait because we have been looking for something like this for some time. As most that are around that 7" length are far too large in girth to fully enjoy. It's long enough for her to finally let loose and not having the dildo fall out constantly from moving too much. I'm very happy with this dildo from Tantus. I've read good things, and as someone who has struggled with painful intercourse, I find that the smooth texture (combined with water-based lube) has really helped me to become more comfortable with my sexuality. It's a nice size, not too small and not too daunting, and can be optionally used with a suction cup (sold separately), or with the included bullet. The vibrator is great as well!
Cleaning isn't too much of a hassle for me as it is made of silicone which can be boiled, which is great for sterilization - I believe you can put this one in the dishwasher as well.
I have only used it vaginally, but I'm certain the shape and texture would work well for anal.

This dildo is probably the best one of the sex toys I've bought. It's soft to touch and rigid at the same touch; the tip is curved and it makes it easy to go in. My girlfriend and I love it; we take turns using it on each other and we always have a great time with it. Not to mention the bullet! The thing is small but it is *very* powerful. Definitely worth the money.

The only bad thing I would have to say about this is that cleaning it is a bit of a hassle. We use cleansing wipes before and after, we use cleaning spray and warm water and it takes a little bit of work to be truly cleaned. Maybe it's the lube, I'm not sure.
