Kegel (or ben-wa) balls have been around for a very long time - rumor has it that Japanese courtesans made use of them as far back as the 1600's, for instance - and today, kegel exercise is still a well known practice in gynecological/obstetric circles. Kegels- the act of consciously and repeatedly flexing the pelvic floor muscles- can help tighten up the pelvic floor. A tighter pelvic floor leads to improved inner snugness, better control of continence after childbirth or surgery, the possibility of stronger, more intense orgasms and an overall happier vagina. 

Put simply, the 3 Step Progressive Kegel Training Kit provides a great-feeling object (two, actually) for the pelvic muscles to grip during kegels- you'll have to flex to hold 'em in place (ie: your workout). As with most training regimes, there are lots of elaborate exercise positions for you to try, but you can also simply stand or walk around the room with the weights in place.

You'll find two silicone holders inside the box, a single and a double. Other than the 1 or 2 option, they're Identical in shape, sexy silkiness and handy retrieval cord. Six weights are included, two at .6oz/17g, two at 1.3oz/36.9g and 2 at 1.8oz/50g. You can mix and match the weights in the double version, use the single, or try the balls without the holder, when you get really confident. Options! Just keep in mind that the heavier the weight, the more intense the workout. Use a little water based lube for easy insertion.

In high quality body safe silicone, each piece of the kit cleans easily using warm soapy water, but you you can also use a good toy care fluid/foam, if you like. Compatible with any favorite water based lubricant, but please keep away from silicone lubes and other silicone toys. A detailed (and illustrated!) user guide is included.

*Double ball measures approximately 6.25" (15.9cm) in total length and 3.25" (8.26cm) insertable, and the single measures about 4.25" (10.8cm) in total with 1.5" (3.8cm) insertable. Each is approximately 1.25" (3.2cm) in diameter.
